Welcome to The Painted Cottage Studio
We specialize in vintage and brand new painted furniture. We love to transform new and old pieces into one of a kind works of art.
We love searching for vintage and new pieces to add to our collection. So, we personally shop for each vintage and new piece and love to visualize how we can bring these treasures to life by adding new hardware with our handmade rose appliques and a fresh coat of paint. In addition to the up-cycled furniture we have added a collection of new pieces that can be mixed and matched with the vintage. These pieces all receive the same hand painted process and are transformed into jewels with our handmade rose appliques and glass knobs. All of the appliques that are added to our pieces are made by hand in our studio.
Our pieces are all hand brushed with non toxic no voc paint right in our studio. We have a selection of popular finishes that we have developed or we can do custom colors of your choice.
We are happy to help you chose a color or put a collection together with you.

We love to transform new and old pieces of furniture into one of a kind works of art. We add new and vintage pieces to our collection daily that can be painted any color you like.
Val, Creator
Val is my wonderful father who opens our studio daily at 6am- He pours all the floral appliques that we use on all of our furniture to make each piece unique. Thank you dad!
Nancy, Creator
Nancy has a back ground in as a scenic artist in theater and helps apply all of the original finishes we do on our of furniture. Nancy is talented when it comes to working with custom paints and finishes.
James, Creator
James is our very talented wood worker who builds our hand made farmhouse pieces. We work together with James and come up with original designs that Nancy and Jim and I can then custom paint in our colors or customers choice.
